You will have the opportunity to participate in various trainings. A mandatory assignment abroad will support you in fostering your international collaboration skills. Furthermore, you will be accompanied by a personal mentor and have an opportunity to extend your network by participating in hosted events, such as fire-side chats with Top Management.

And, you will learn about specific business areas and roles - with an opportunity to be hands on and get involved.
