That is why we have established the HARTMANN International Graduate Program. For 18 months you will work on various challenging projects with strategic focus in your chosen business area. You will have the opportunity to participate in various trainings. A mandatory assignment abroad will support you in fostering your international collaboration skills. Furthermore, you will be accompanied by a personal mentor and have an opportunity to extend your network by participating in hosted events, such as fire-side chats with Top Management.
