Make the most of your new career opportunities! Take part in our 18-month, individually designed International Graduate Program in our Wound Care Division at our headquarters in Heidenheim and spend at least one period abroad to widen your personal and professional horizons!

 

Responsibilities: 

  • In the Wound Care Division, you will support the team regarding the marketing strategy and the marketing mix
  • Close cooperation with other departments such as product development, sales, regulatory and supply chain
  • Working conceptually on market, customer and competitor analyses and developing business plans for the respective channel strategy as well as further measures for operational implementation
  • Getting to know the entire product life cycle and working with various marketing and product management tools to coordinate activities
  • Cross-functional projects in the field of marketing in the Wound Care business division
  • Development of international expertise through a stay abroad in a national company
  • Professional and personal development supported by a personal mentor

Qualifications:

  • You have a university degree, e.g. in business administration, international business, communication with a focus on marketing, health management or comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in business development, marketing, sales, e.g. through internships and relevant experience in project management or product management 
  • International experience, e.g. through a study visit or internship abroad preferred
  • High willingness to learn and performance-orientation with the ability to inspire others
  • You have a constructive and open approach to collaboration and communication combined with intercultural competence
  • Creativity, excellent analytical skills, and a high level of commitment
  • Fluency in English and good written and spoken German; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
