Sales Manager Outpatient

Italy, Verona

Hartmann Italy, the Italian branch of Hartmann Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a Sales Manager Outpatient, based in our corporate offices in Verona but available for business trips in Italy and abroad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve the established sales objectives and fostering their professional development
  • P&L management of the out-patient division, assuring the compliance of the sales and profitability objectives as well as meeting the cost budget assigned for the objectives achievement.
  • Define the strategic business plan and the individual objectives for the whole team in terms of sales and profitability
  • Approve and align the marketing policies and plans as Marketing Director with the sales strategy defined in his/her area of responsability
  • Supervise the business development of the National and Regional Directors under its supervision and give sales support and do the follow-up of the Key Accounts or VIP customers
  • Promote actively improvement initiatives and participate in projects linked with innovation and excellence when needed



  • Degree in Business Administration and similar;
  • Minimum four years of experience in this role in international environment/company;
  • From 5 to 7 years of experience within equivalent sales managerial roles;
  • Knowledge of the different product lines and of services related to pharmacy area of responsibility
  • Market and medical knowledge
  • Process skills and good commercial spirit
  • Strategic attitude and able to provide the direction driving actions
  • Effective communication
  • Flexibility, organizational mindset, problema-solving, decisión making, continous feedback management
  • People Management and team working culture
  • Fluent in Italian and English, further languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office, SAP, Sales Force (CRM)
  • Available for international mobility
