Product Manager - Wound Care

The Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead 2–3 focus product families along with selected supporting products. You will shape U.S. product strategy, lifecycle decisions, and messaging grounded in real customer needs. This is an onsite, office-based position, located in Rock Hill, SC.
You will provide content, messaging, and product insights that enable Sales, Clinical Education, and Marketing to build sales tools. A key part of this role is understanding the sales process and rep needs to ensure product positioning supports conversion.
- Own strategy and lifecycle for 2–3 core product families and supporting products
- Turn customer and clinician pain points into clear positioning and messaging
- Provide product content (key claims, feature–benefit framing, competitive insights) to Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Clinical teams
- Support pricing, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization with commercial insights
- Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment with the sales process and rep workflows
- Track market trends and competitive activity to guide product evolution
- Drive product updates and launch activities with global marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in product management within a regulated industry (healthcare is a plus, not required)
- Strong customer‑centric mindset; ability to translate clinician and caregiver needs into simple, compelling messages
- Understanding of how reps sell, what content supports conversion, and typical sales workflows
- Commercial and analytical strength with solid project management skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise communications
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable shifting between strategy and hands‑on execution
