Based in our Nijmegen (NL) office, this is a great opportunity for a motivated professional eager to drive the growth of Hartmann’s CRM strategy, multichannel sales approach and digital platforms across the healthcare sector.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement the local market access and commercialization strategy for digital platforms (e.g., Care & Order, Hartmann Direct, Hartmann Academy, Observe).
- Align the digital / multichannel sales and marketing strategy with the broader local commercial plan, enhancing customer engagement and platform adoption.
- Increase sales force efficiency through a multichannel customer approach and campaign planning (e.g., email, call, visit sequences).
- Drive cross-functional and cross-divisional initiatives to promote Hartmann’s digital platforms to customers and stakeholders.
- Lead the CRM and marketing automation strategy (Salesforce), transferring ownership to Sales/Marketing, aligning with Comex goals, and enhancing B2B/B2C customer retention.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns (e.g., newsletters, blogs, social media, Google Ads, Meta), in coordination with brand/channel teams and the global teams.
- Plan and monitor online sales & marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and efficient budget use.
- Oversee and maintain website content and navigation (e.g., Hartmann.info), ensuring relevance, usability, and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across digital platforms (privacy policies, cookies, product complaints), in coordination with the DPO and Global team.
- Create and adapt value propositions and customer profiling per target segment and platform.
- Support and help implement eLearning programs and webinars for internal and external audiences.
- Measure and report on digital and multichannel performance to implement continuous improvement.
To make this position a success, we are looking for someone who initially fulfils the function described above, who has interest in the culture of Paul Hartmann and shares its values.
In addition, we are looking for these experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and reporting.
- Experience implementing multichannel strategies and managing digital content across platforms.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, paired with an analytical mindset.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and solution oriented.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a broad overview in complex situations.
- Result-driven and customer-focused.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Flexible, energetic, and reliable, with a strong business sense and initiative.
- Competent in commercial strategy and value proposition development.
- Familiar with social media governance, digital campaign tools, and compliance requirements.
