Key Account Manager:in International (80% - 100%)

 

 

As a Key Account Manager International, you will take the lead in the strategic development and management of our international key customers within our Tactical Casualty Care product portfolio. In this role, you build, strengthen, and expand trusted partnerships, understand the positioning and needs of our customer groups, and translate these insights into sustainable growth strategies. You conduct regular business reviews and, based on solid market and customer analyses, develop partnership strategies and define impactful measures.

As a subject-matter expert, you train customers in a B2B2C setting and support them in further developing their capabilities. You also take full responsibility for the P&L within your remit, including forecasting, pricing, contract negotiations, and target achievement. You develop go‑to‑market concepts, create business cases, quantify market opportunities, and represent our company at international trade fairs, symposia, and events.

With your eye on trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks, you actively contribute your insights to innovation and lifecycle projects. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams from R&D, Regulatory, Production, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring clear and structured communication across all stakeholders.

 

Your profile:

  • Commercial qualification with an advanced further education (e.g. Business Administrator) or a university degree in Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the field of medical technology industry or Tactical Casuality CareStrong commercial mindset with the ability to turn market insights into business opportunities and confidence in forecasting, reporting, and contract management
  • Experience in leading and influencing interdisciplinary teams
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%), confident and open to a military environment
