About the Opportunity:

HARTMANN is seeking an up-and-coming Product Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This full-time role is perfect for an organised team player, who is passionate about marketing and is ready to make a difference.

Here is what your role will be:

  • Providing administrative and project support to the marketing team, including managing product samples, printed marketing materials and assisting with website updates
  • Managing requests from the Sales team including requests for samples, images and marketing materials
  • Liaising with the in-house Graphic Designer and partnering with creative agencies to support creation and production of the marketing materials such as brochures, banners and flyers
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and events, including promotional, corporate and educational
  • Supporting the team with education event management for off-line and on-line events, ensuring the events run smoothly
  • Supporting marketing team on education projects, including stakeholder and resource management
  • Managing smaller-scale projects to support the marketing team
  • Effectively managing marketing resources
  • Supporting on ad hoc marketing requests, as required

 

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

  • Tertiary qualifications or final year student in marketing or other relevant area is preferred, but not essential
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience/working knowledge in marketing is advantageous
  • Passionate about a career in marketing
  • A strong team focus and a collaborative attitude
  • Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Organised with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to prioritise requests
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop
  • Ability to work independently as required
