About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced full-time Product Manager, Continence Management, based at our Head Office in Macquarie Park, NSW. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, Continence Management, this role plays an integral part in the management of all products within the continence portfolio for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Here is what your role will include:

  • Support the development and execution of the continence product marketing strategy and plans across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team on key product projects and to advocate for local customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and prepare competitive analysis to support product positioning and drive profitable growth.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for new products.
  • Measure and report performance on marketing campaigns and assess ROI and important metrics.
  • Develop and deliver internal product training.
  • Work with Sales team & Marketing Manager on Key Opinion Leaders development and engagement plans
  • Analyse local marketing needs aligning requirements with the company's objectives.
  • Communicating and collaborating with sales team and stakeholders

 

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

  • A tertiary degree in Marketing and/or Business and minimum 4 years previous marketing experience; alternatively, a minimum 6 years of previous marketing experience.
  • Experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills  with the ability to prioritise multiple, conflicting tasks.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • Ability to present and communicate in formal settings.
  • Strong analytical skills-ability to source, research, interpret data and report information accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal management skills with the ability to positively influence others.
  • Strong computer skills – excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of marketing practices in Australia.
