About the Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Wound Care Marketing Team. This opportunity is suited to a recent graduate and those with a passion for marketing. This is a full-time role.

Here is what your role will be:

  • Providing administrative and project support to the marketing team, including managing product samples, printed marketing materials and website updates
  • Assisting with the creation and production of the marketing materials such as brochures, banners and flyers
  • Assisting with the coordination of marketing campaigns and events, including promotional, corporate, education & marketing event roll out
  • Assist Marketing team with marketing activities and executing activities as per a marketing brief
  • Supporting marketing team on education projects
  • Managing requests from internal and external stakeholders and providing support to the customers
  • Managing smaller-scale projects to support the marketing strategy execution

 

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

  • Tertiary qualifications or final year student in marketing, communication, commerce, design, or other relevant area
  • Experience providing administrative support is essential
  • Experience/working knowledge in marketing is advantageous
  • Experience in or understanding of healthcare/medical industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency with Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or other image editing softwares
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Articulate Rise is advantageous
  • A strong team focus and a collaborative attitude
  • Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Organised
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop
  • Ability to work independently as required
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to action last minute requests
