About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Container Manager to join our Supply Chain & Platforms team. This role is responsible for managing customer container orders and supporting key supply chain projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Healthcare Partnership, Sales, Marketing, and our 3PL partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
This position is based at our National Support Office in Macquarie Park, NSW.

Here is what your new role will include:
- Manage all aspects of customer container order processing, including PO entry, stock allocation, and communication with global stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Monitor and report on container metrics, shipping schedules, and customer stock levels.
- Prepare and manage container analysis, cubic order modelling, and future stock predictions.
- Follow up on late orders and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams.
- Support internal teams with accurate product data and updates to minimise errors and confusion.
- Collaborate on Supply Chain & Platforms projects, including process automation and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in supply chain and logistics.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numeric accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a vibrant, close-knit and hardworking team culture.
