We are looking for an experience Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This is a temporary contract until 29 August 2025. The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role by providing insights to support the decision-making processes within our Operations and Marketing departments.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, this role will be responsible for collaborating across various teams  to develop tools, dashboard and processes that support  meaningful insights to drive business efficiencies and growth. Your key responsibilities include:
 

  • Design and maintain reporting tools & dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide accurate and timely insights to identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities and efficiencies and support business decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support to the marketing team to improve data efficiency.
  • Providing project support as needed.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Prepare and present business intelligence reports to a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to meet business needs.


About You:
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial data analyst experience, particularly in Operations and Marketing areas.
  • proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)


Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a demonstrated track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes within sales, marketing and operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI and ERP system such as SAP/BI/SAC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques is a plus.
  • Understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify meaningful insights and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
