Working Student Digital Risk

Are you interested in the efficient management of large companies? Are you passionate about digitalization, always up to date with the latest technological developments, and eager to work in an international environment? Then apply for a working student position and become part of the Enterprise Risk Management team at the HARTMANN GROUP. To support our team, we are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Support of the Enterprise Risk Management team in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
- Independent development of smaller functions up to full applications using no-code and low-code approaches, including the application of the latest large language models
- Maintenance and optimization of existing repositories and project boards within Enterprise Risk Management
- Support in the further development of quantitative risk models in Python (depending on the candidate’s skill profile)
Qualifications:
- Basic programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) are required
- Initial experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, etc.) is an advantage
- Understanding of data models and relational databases (e.g., data types, table relationships, basic SQL knowledge)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable
- Basic understanding of Power FX or willingness to quickly learn declarative programming languages
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps) and collaborative development
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Interest in AI-supported development, e.g., through the use of large language models for code generation
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, especially when working with new technologies and tools
- Team player with strong communication skills, including in a virtual international environmentFluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
