Trainee Product Development Incontinence Management (f/m/d)

Extend your personal and professional horizon and go further! Realize your potential by participating in our 18 months personalized International Graduate Program based in our Headquarters in Heidenheim (Germany) and during an assignment abroad with start in January!
Responsibilities:
- Independent project work in the area of product development in the Incontinence Management Division (e.g. Relaunch of product range)
- Identification of product innovations in collaboration with Marketing and Technical department
- Creation and maintenance of product specifications
- Coordination of development activities with external and internal suppliers
- Organization and Execution of machine trials
- Preparation of technical documentation and evaluation of appropriate patent literature
- Takeover of responsibility in daily business (e.g. competitor evaluation, laboratory analysis)
Qualifications:
- An above-average university degree in Textile Engineering or another scientific or engineering discipline (e.g. Materials Science, Medical Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Biology) ideally complemented by a solid understanding of textile materials, fibers, fabrics, and their properties.
- First practical experience in the area of product development, project management or production
- Ideally international experience, e.g. study period abroad, internship
- A high level of analytical and strategical thinking
- Creativity, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and inspire others
- A high degree of willingness to learn, performance orientation and commitment
- Good English and German language skills are a must-have
