Support Specialist Global Product Marketing (f/m/d) - 12 months

Are you passionate about global marketing and enjoy providing high-quality support in a dynamic environment? Do you thrive on solving challenges, managing processes, and making a meaningful impact within a team? If this sounds like you, join our innovative Global Product Marketing team in Wound Care!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
  • Support on and execution of procurement process related tasks like purchase orders, invoice management and vendors qualification
  • Support management of budget and plan
  • Managing and maintaining processes like iLiss/ Codesoft, PDM
  • Support labelling process, quality check
  • Conducting quarterly queries and further analysis to support the team
  • Internal communication tasks, such as event organization, information management, and data provision
  • Tender management support

 

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education or a bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally, experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Constructive and open collaboration and communication
  • Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity
  • Solution- and results-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English and German
