Specialist/ Manager Talent Management & Learning (f/m/d)

At the Center of Excellence for Talent Management & Learning (TML), we are committed to nurturing a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization. As a Specialist/Manager in TML, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning strategy and driving initiatives that support the professional growth of our employees.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contributing to the development and execution of the TML strategy, fostering a learning culture, and implementing systems and solutions to support it
  • Co-leading the Commercial Excellence training stream project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key skills for sales leaders and representatives, and implementing a blended learning approach
  • Enhance skill management by linking it to job architecture and career paths, and integrating it into our Performance Development Practice
  • Owning the onboarding process for new employees, reviewing current approaches, setting up learning pathways in our Learning Experience Platform, and identifying relevant onboarding topics internationally
  • Actively participating in our international TML Community of Practice, connecting learning topics with talent management discussions
  • Contributing to upcoming TML projects, such as coordinating Fit2Lead programs in Germany or supporting general learning tasks like testing HR SF Learning updates
  • Define relevant KPI’s and ensure the respective reporting

 

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Excellent understanding of learning in an international corporate environment, particularly within a matrix organization
  • Ideally, familiarity with sales and marketing environments and a passion for further developing this area
  • Project management experience, particularly in managing learning projects closely with business stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international setting
  • Expertise as a trainer and facilitator, both in-person and virtually
  • Solid understanding of learning technology standards and learning management systems
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, knowledge of German considered beneficial
