In our Center of Expertise Total Rewards, you will work on topics that directly influence the motivation, performance, and retention of our employees – from compensation and benefits to recognition and incentive programs. Responsibilities:
- Advising HR business partners and managers on remuneration and benefits
- Stream or sub-project management of global projects in the area of total rewards
- Preparing information events on remuneration and benefits for employees and developing professional communication materials for employees and managers
- Preparing analyses in the area of EU pay transparency
- Supporting the creation of group, overall and site works agreements
- Preparing and implementing the annual salary round in SAP SuccessFactors
- Supporting the implementation of the global and local bonus plan process in SAP SuccessFactors
- Conducting job evaluations and maintaining the global database for job evaluations
- Collection of internal and external data and participation in benchmark studies
- Support in collaboration with other HR departments in the development, adaptation and implementation of C&B processes and measures
- Training of the HR team in the application of C&B processes and measures in their areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, economics, social economics, law or a similar field
- Initial professional experience in human resources in a company and/or consulting firm, or relevant internships or working student positions
- General knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Very good communication skills and initial experience in the areas of project management, change management and stakeholder management
- Basic knowledge of methods, measures, processes and programmes of modern human resources management
- Conceptual and analytical skills, good IT user skills, especially MS Excel
- Fluent in German and English
