Specialist Data Analytics & AI (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & AI Development: Analyze large datasets and introduce machine learning and AI models
- Application Design & Architecture: Design and implement applications that support AI and data analytics initiatives, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with technical standards.
- Task Estimation & Management: Estimate development tasks, align with other technical team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges in healthcare
- Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards and reports to communicate key findings
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics to ensure that our solutions remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree (Technical or Business) or equivalent experience in Data Science
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analytics and engineer, first experience with machine learning
- Agile & Collaborative Work: Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with IT delivery processes
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, , PyTorch).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Fabric) and cloud platforms (e.g.Azure).
- Project Management: Experience in estimating tasks, assigning team responsibilities, and ensuring smooth execution of technical projects, including release management and continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear project updates.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective, data-driven solutions.
