Your area of responsibility:     

 

  • Category management for the category company services with the associated sub-categories e.g., utilities, facility management, real estate, maintenance, office supply, waste management
  • Development and implementation of commercial and design to cost-reduction measures
  • Definition, planning and implementation of global category- and supplier strategies
  • Conducting market analyses, supplier selection and risk management
  • Negotiating terms and contracts with suppliers
  • Qualification and development of new suppliers, implementation of market analyzes, supplier phasing in and phasing out
  • Comprehensive risk management


What we look for:

 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree (MBA) from a technical or business management or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in the procurement of goods and services in the field of company services, real estate and facility management
  • Very good project management skills and strategic sourcing of suitable suppliers and service providers
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, as well as the ability to bring projects to a successful conclusion
  • Good practice in professional business relationship with suppliers and service providers
  • Team player, intercultural competence, and excellent stakeholder management 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills paired with procurement project management experience
  • Profound SAP user skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Business fluent English skills C2, German B2 an advantage
