Process Manager Order Processing (f/m/d)

As a strategic partner in Supply Chain, are you ready to take on a new global challenge within the HARTMANN GROUP? We are seeking a new “Process Manager Order Processing (f/m/d)” to contribute to global optimization of the Order-to-Cash process. In this role, you will be the expert in OTC processes with a focus on business processes and systems (including SAP). As a process manager you are working on functional specifications to support process adaptions and support any initiative involving any change and/or in-depth understand of ERP, interfaces and add-ons. You are also directly responsible for improvement initiatives as a project manager.
Your Tasks:
- International Exposure: Participate or lead sub-projects for supply chain topics with a focus on order processing.
- Optimize Order to Cash process: Coordinate the standardization of processes, define technological improvements, and create digital solutions.
- Subject Matter Expert: Strong expertise in SAP/systems (SD module). Develop or incorporate state-of-the art order practices and bring outside-in knowledge. Have an overview about main improvement lever and define priorities for further process development.
- Global Guidance: Support and train the countries and regions and accompany the local organizations within change management activities.
- Benchmarking and Reporting: Provide and monitor KPIs, analysis and benchmarks to the management to achieve cost savings in the order processing.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: A relevant academic degree in business administration with focus on Supply Chain/Engineering/IT or any equivalent professional qualification.
- Professional Experience in Order Processing: Proven experience in the development, improvement and implementation of Order Management Processes.
- IT Know-how: Preferably strong knowledge of SAP ERP especially the SD module.
- Understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process and its relevant stakeholders.
- Strong Communication Skills: High assertiveness and customer centric thinking.
- Willingness to learn: Practical thinking as well as hands-on mentality in problem solving.
- Proficient in German and English and the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
