Manager Global Market Management (f/m/d)

As Manager Global Market Management (f/m/d) you provide direct support, input and guidance to our countries and are the specialist for the Reimbursement & Homecare channels. You contribute to the development and deployment of target group focused campaigns, in line with our Wound Care strategy.


Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                       

  • Support & guide countries in the development of their target group focused approach and strategy
  • Development and deployment of marketing communication, campaign materials and channels (print, digital, online)
  • Attendance at relevant events and congresses
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Business Unit strategy and represent the needs and interests of Global Sales Marketing in various working groups
  • Ensure provision of arguments and materials to support the development and delivery of appropriate product training concepts and positioning claims vs. both global and local requirements
  • Give input to the development and direction of Corporate Sales Marketing Strategy and ensuring appropriate implementation of national sales within budget
  • Continuous monitoring of and modification of key deliverables in response to changes in customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, product trends and pricing/reimbursement practices


Qualifications:

  • Relevant University Degree, possibly higher (MBA / PhD)
  • Profound experience in a similar international role in the Med Tech / Pharma sector - ideally in Wound Care
  • Entrepreneurial and results oriented mind-set
  • Ideally experience in effective selection and management of agencies and other third parties
  • Proven experience of influencing stakeholders at senior level is an add-on
  • Fluent in English
