Your area of responsibility:
- Cross-functional project work split in different assignments within our global SCM organization (e.g. Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Operations, Order Fulfillment) in local companies and headquarter
- Conceptual work on different strategic SCM topics and projects (e.g. SAP transformation project)
- Analysis of supply chain relevant data in order to find ways to improve daily business and processes
- Collaboration across diverse internal business units and external partners to foster a synergistic approach
- Being responsible for project assignments abroad for several months and building up an international network
- Professional and personal development supported by a mentor from senior management
What we look for:
- An above-average Bachelor/Master degree preferably in economics or engineering with focus on SCM or logistics
- Practical experience ideally in SCM, logistics, operations or project management, e.g. via internships
- Ideally international experience, e.g. via study period or internships and openness to work and go abroad
- A high level of analytical and strategic thinking and performance orientation
- Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and ability to inspire others
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel and international mobility
