Responsibilities:
- Independent project work in the area of product development in the Incontinence Management Division (e.g. Relaunch of product range)
- Identification of product innovations in collaboration with Marketing and Technical department
- Creation and maintenance of product specifications
- Coordination of development activities with external and internal suppliers
- Organisation and Execution of machine trials
- Preparation of technical documentation and evaluation of appropriate patent literature
- Takeover of responsibility in daily business (e.g. competitor evaluation, laboratory analysis)
Qualifications:
- An above-average university degree in science or engineering (e.g. chemistry, biology, medical technology, physics)
- First practical experience in the area of product development, project management or production
- Ideally international experience, e.g. study period abroad, internship
- A high level of analytical and strategical thinking
- Creativity, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and inspire others
- A high degree of willingness to learn, performance orientation and commitment
- English and German language skills are a must-have
