IT System Engineer Client Development (f/m/d) 




Your area of responsibility:    

  • Design, Installation, configuration, and optimization of a globally standardized IT workplace management infrastructure that meets all functionality, mobility, and security requirements.
  • Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Configuration Manager (SCCM), e.g. Operating System Deployment, Software Deployment, Patch Management, Inventory, Metering, Reporting etc.
  • Evaluation and development of Modern Workplace solutions and implementation of ITSM-Changes
  • Design and rollout of global ITSM/operations processes in the client management are, in cooperation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Design, Management, or coordination of projects / sub-projects
  • Planning and execution of worldwide client- / software-rollouts
  • Implementation and optimization of support services and support processes (2nd/3rd level support)


What we look for:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in designing and managing global client management architectures, infrastructures and operational processes based on Windows 10.
  • Very good technical knowledge with Microsoft Endpoint and Configuration Manager (Intune, SCCM) or comparable Systems Management solutions.
  • Good knowledge in the area of WaaS, Microsoft AD/AAD, GPOs, Microsoft 365 and client hardware
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (iOS Devices) with Endpoint Manager (Intune) would be beneficial but is not required
  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
  • High degree of teamwork and customer orientation as well as willingness and ability to change / optimize
  • Good communication skills in German and English
