Global Manager Product Marketing (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Global Manager Product Marketing (f/m/d) for our Skin Care & Patient Care portfolio. You contribute to the marketing strategy and the marketing mix, by the yearly realization of a marketing plan. Furthermore, you monitor continuously market trends and developments as well as competitor activities in order to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product range. If you have experience in international management and a constructive and open manner of collaboration and communication, we should definitely get to know each other. We are looking for a Global Manager Product Marketing (f/m/d) who will significantly support and help to shape our area on the way to grow!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop and drive the product innovation pipeline and positioning
  • Ensure provision of targeted sales rationale and communication materials to support the successful local execution across the distribution channels
  • Management of product launches and product life cycle processes
  • Scout and in source traded products based on market requirements at the right price and quality
  • Provide guidance to our local sales organizations for the implementation and execution of the assigned category strategy
  • Ensure visibility, interdependencies and relevance of the category for HARTMANN’s customer groups to lift cross-category potential and grow the customer base
  • Realization of marketing concepts derives from consumer, shopper, customer insights and segmentation

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in scientific or business linked studies or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience and/or professional development measures
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally gained in an international context and in the cosmetic or medical environment
  • Entrepreneurial and results oriented mind-set combined with a Sales-oriented working method
  • Experience in project management and the management of products/brands
  • Openness to change the status quo and identify new opportunities
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
