Responsibilities:
- Crafting and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy in the oprations field aligned with the organization's goals
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation across all business functions
- Leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives into existing workflows
- Ensure delivery in scope, budget and timing as well as managing all program and project risks
- Ensure appropriate project communication across divisions and countries
- Create an environment that ensures performance and solution orientation
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and support organizational change at HARTMANN
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration or (mechanical) engineering with a focus on digitalization
- Several years of professional experience in working with digital transformation initiatives
- Profound knowledge in program and project management especially in the analysis and visualization of processes
- Strong understanding in emerging technologies, digital trends and industry best practices
- Proficiency in using MS Office and SAP as well as experience in the areas of machine learning, generative AI, Power BI/Power Apps
- An innovative spirit and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into digital solutions
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management to foster collaboration and drive change
- Fluent English language skills as well as basic German skills in order to work in a multicultural and international environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50 %
