(Senior) Manager AI & Data Analytics (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of AI and data analytics solutions to optimize key internal business processes, including supply chain management, inventory, procurement, financial reporting, and HR processes.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and architect end-to-end solutions for automating workflows, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing data analytics capabilities across departments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points, define business requirements, and develop technical specifications for AI-driven solutions that improve business operations.
  • Data Strategy & Analytics: Design and deploy data pipelines and analytical tools to support decision-making, business forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending improvements and innovations based on emerging technologies in AI, data science, and process automation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
  • Profund experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions to optimize internal business processes in industries like manufacturing, finance, or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow optimization, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business intelligence tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proficiency in process automation (e.g., RPA, IPA) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data governance, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and best practices in data management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Very good German skill (at least level C1)
