Your area of responsibility:     

 

  • Category management for the Digital Projects area
  • Planning and implementation of digital (development) projects in close cooperation with the Global Digital Business, IT, Legal, IP, R&D and Quality departments
  • Purchasing support for forward-looking and innovative projects - from development to handover to project purchasing, including ongoing supportive advice.
  • Negotiation management of development contracts in cooperation with internal stakeholders and the legal department
  • Conducting market analysis, technology screening, supplier selection and risk management
  • Qualification and development of new suppliers, professional supplier relationship management
  • The focus of this position is on conceptual technology sourcing

 

What we look for:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma or successfully completed apprenticeship with corresponding proven professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of digitization-related topics and issues relating to contracts in the field of digital transformation, development through to the production of innovative solutions/products.
  • Experience in project management (agile, hybrid, classic) and knowledge of strategic sourcing of suitable suppliers and service providers
  • Several years of professional experience in the procurement of goods and services in the digital sector
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, as well as the ability to bring projects to a successful conclusion
  • Sound experience in working with international business partners, suppliers and service providers
  • Team player, intercultural competence, and excellent stakeholder management 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills paired with procurement project management experience
  • Profound SAP user skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Business fluent English skills C2, German B2 an advantage
