As a (Junior) Business Process Analyst - Master Data you will support dedicated activities/projects. You actively engage with the operational units globally to support them in becoming a leaner organization.
- You collect business requirements, translate it in functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA
- You support the development and improvement of state-of-the-art processes, clear rules and guidance and help to establish them in the process house and functional roadmap
- Further you support process owners to build and regularly update the functional roadmap, also proposing own ideas to advance the current process landscape
- On top you help to describe improvement ideas in project charters respectively
- change requests based on input collected either from process owner or from the operational organization
- You will take part in workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities
- You have also the opportunity to participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group as well as to identify industry standards for adoption
- Finally, you will support to screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption
- You preferably have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study
- Ideally you have first professional experience in operational units / processes
- organizations in a comparable environment with focus on Master Data Governance
- You have a good understanding of project management and successful Change Management
- Having knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP ERP, APO, BW, etc.) is a plus
- Analytic thinking and modelling skills are among your strength
- Finally, you have fluent English and German skills
