Trade Marketing Manager

 


 

 

Job Responsibilities:

Proposes, develops and coordinates the company's merchandising and visibility strategy at the points of sale and in the online environment;
Provides specific active support to Brand managers by proposing, participating in the design and creation of promotional or advertising materials depending on the needs of the planned promotional action.
He is responsible for creating, purchasing and managing the company's promotional materials and maintains the relationship with marketing service providers (creative agencies, printers, promotional material agencies, etc.) on the managed projects.
Proposes, creates and implements planograms and/or visibility projects (stands, cabinets, etc.) to promote the company's brands, in collaboration with the Brand Managers, the Key account manager and/or the Sales Representatives, as the case may be.
Prepares reports with the visibility projects implemented and the budgets invested and monitors their compliance.
Makes field visits together with the Sales Representatives in order to identify promotion opportunities (gathering information about own and competitor's products, discussions with clients, obtaining approvals for visibility projects) and monitoring the implementation and development of current promotional actions.
Contributes to the increase in demand for the products promoted at physical points of sale (pharmacies, medical equipment stores, etc.) and online customers, by implementing visibility projects and POS actions (in close collaboration with Brand Managers and the Sales Force).
Manages the relationship with online customers and provides all the necessary materials for the promotion and sale of the products.
Collects information from the online environment regarding the price level for the products of interest, the presence of own and competitor products, etc.
Follows and proposes new development opportunities in the online environment.
Analyzes the results of the coordinated actions and the inclusion in the marketing budget allocated to each action and brings them to the attention of the Marketing Director. Prepares ROI reports for large actions.
Follows and documents the market activity of the relevant competitors on the company's strategic ranges (prices, promotional materials, information about the campaigns carried out, etc.) and makes proposals regarding the opportunities to promote and expand the visibility of the Hartmann portfolio on the market.
Manages the company's internal online platforms (corporate website, webshop) and Google Adwords/Analytics, Social Media accounts.
Contributes to the organization of events in which the company participates and the provision of the necessary promotional materials (congresses, medical conferences, product trainings, workshops, exhibitions).
Represents the company internally and internationally on the marketing line on assigned projects or at the request of the Marketing Director and provides the international departments within HARTMANN with all the requested reports/analyses, after approval with the Marketing Director
Participates, prepares and supports presentations describing the actions taken at the quarterly sales meetings, at the request of the General Manager or the Marketing Director.

Professional Requirements:

 

Higher education graduate, preferably Economics

Proven experience in Trade Marketing in OTC pharma industry/ FMCG Personal Care

Very good knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including brand development and positioning

Strong interpersonal/communication skills, verbal and written (both in Romanian and in English)

Flexibility and ability to deeply understand the market/trends and to quickly adapt to its changes

Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, creativity, responsibility, curiosity and ambition

Analytical and strategic thinking
