Purpose: Manages the customers in the designated area, following the company business objectives.

Territory: Arges, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti, Olt, Teleorman, Valcea

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promotes the company image and the one of the company portfolio products, in private and state hospitals;
  • Builds and maintains good business relationships with the doctors, nurses/healthcare specialists and key opinion leaders in the assigned area;
  • Organizes scientific events: conferences, symposia, round tables, etc.;
  • Permanent concern for increasing the clients` number;
  • Permanent concern for reaching the sales target (qualitative and quantitative);
  • Promotes the products` special offers to all clients;
  • Prepares daily or periodic reports and analyzes regarding the professional activity;
  • Presents and promotes the portfolio products to current and potential clients;
  • Promotes appropriate medical solutions to doctors and patients;
  • Permanently prospects the market in order to identify new customers and to increase the market share for the company`s services and products.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree; medical studies (higher or secondary) are an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (pharmaceuticals and/or hospitals medical devices)
  • Good English knowledge
  • Good PC operating skills
  • Clean B category driving license
