About This Role
Bridge the gap between groundbreaking science and real-world healthcare impact. As a Translational Scientist at HARTMANN, you'll transform cutting-edge research into tangible medical solutions that improve patient lives.
What You'll Do
• Shape the future of medical technology by translating preclinical discoveries into clinical applications and innovative product concepts
• Design and lead proof-of-concept experiments that bring scientific ideas to life, while interpreting complex data from both preclinical and clinical studies to guide strategic decisions
• Stay at the forefront of medicine and biomaterials by monitoring emerging trends and pioneering new scientific directions
• Forge collaborative partnerships with leading hospitals and research institutions, while working alongside multidisciplinary R&D teams spanning clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and product development
• Ensure regulatory excellence is built into every innovation from day one
What You Bring
• A PhD in pharmacy, chemistry, bioengineering, biomedicine, biology, or a related field
• The ability to transform complex scientific data into compelling insights for diverse audiences
• Project management expertise that allows you to orchestrate research, clinical, and business teams toward shared ambitious goals
• Experience turning scientific discoveries into practical applications and product development
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MDR, biocompatibility) is valuable but not essential—we value your curiosity, strategic mindset, and determination to overcome challenges even more
• Strong English communication skills
