Commercial Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and maintain global standards for sales excellence in the Region 2 (Western Europe and Africa)
  • Development of global playbook for field force analytics, reporting, and CRM tools to support region/ country in their sales strategy execution.
  • Define global sales excellence KPIs and benchmarks to plan, steer, and measure strategy execution.
  • Description of operating models, set up blueprints, and KPIs.
  • Establishing Standard Operating Processes & Protocols for marketing-related activities within the commercial business.
  • Development and implementation of a long-term CRM strategy aiming for optimizing usage of CRM and Marketing Automation system.
  • Drive effective sales force metrics, develop & execute successful Go-To-Market strategies based on market dynamics and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Leverage business intelligence and analytical tools as well as integrated insights from the field and stakeholders to guide complex decision-making and set strategic direction to help the organization remain competitive.
  • Development and implementation of a long-term business intelligence strategy aiming to optimally use the data potential in sales and marketing.
  • Desirable experience or understanding of customer engagement frameworks, digital channels, and new engagement models.
  • Develop a HARTMANN commercial excellence map.
  • Building a bridge to IT (sales framework, shape sales stream lead) to secure optimal collaboration and alignment.
  • Partner with business divisions, Region/ Country leadership, and global cross-functional teams to identify needs and gather input for the global salesforce effectiveness model and marketing operations.
  • Develop a commercial excellence community within the HARTMANN group and secure alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Design sales, marketing, and business processes that align and take advantage of our existing “Salesforce Application” capabilities.

 

What do we look for?

  • Economics degree or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience and further training measures.
  • Proven Record of successful Commercial Excellence Experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management and effectively managing multiple projects/ priorities.
  • At least 5+years in Sales/ Marketing/Commercial/Sales Excellence within leading Companies.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Management.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management and initial management experience in mapping sales and marketing processes in a CRM system.
  • Fluent English and intermediate German
