Want to join our corporate HR-Team? We are seeking for a new colleague in our CoE Total Rewards, who is responsible for executing and adapting our Compensation & Benefits processes and our tools to attract, reward, recognize and retain talents. One of the main tasks is to develop and conduct analysis, interpret results, and make recommendations to support the development and maintenance of our effective C&B programs in accordance with our rewards strategy. Another task is to actively support the team in the design of new processes and tools, from idea to implementation!

 

 

Your area of responsibility:             

                                                                                

  • Conduct job evaluations and administer the global job evaluation database
  • Manage Global Bonus Plan Process and Local Bonus Plan Process
  • Collect internal and external data and participate in salary surveys
  • Consult HR Business Partners and Managers in Compensation & Benefits related topics
  • Prepare information events for Compensation & Benefits related topics for employees and develop professional communication materials for employees and managers
  • Prepare and administer the annual compensation review process
  • Support in interaction with other HR departments, the development, adaptation, and implementation of C&B processes & tools
  • Train HR community to apply C&B processes & tools in their area of responsibility

 

 

What we look for:

 

  • Bachelor / Master degree in business administration, economics, law, social sciences or similar field
  • Working experience in HR in a company and / or in a consultancy a plus, e.g. via internships
  • Ideally first general Compensation & Benefits knowledge
  • Very good Communication skills and first experience in Project management, Change management and Stakeholder management
  • Basic knowledge in methods, tools, processes and programms of modern HR management
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, good IT user knowledge, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent in English and German
