As part of the Indirect Procurement Team, we offer you an exciting and responsible task in a globally operating functional area. Your area of responsibility: 
    

  • Administrate and update master data in SAP
  • Accompanying supplier evaluation and selection in cooperation with the Category Manager
  • Conducting benchmarking enquiries
  • Monitoring KPIs and tracking supplier performance
  • Supporting risk management and supplier management
  • Ensuring an efficient and effective ordering process
  • Compliance with all relevant specification SOPs, work instructions and legal requirements

 

What we look for:

 

  • Completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or similar
  • Ideally professional experience in purchasing or related areas with corresponding tasks
  • Experience in working with suppliers and service providers
  • Accurate and responsible manner of working
  • Ability to work in a team, intercultural competence and a high degree of flexibility
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Aproven knowledge in the system SAP and ARIBA is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
