  • Conduct market analysis and define the Sales and Marketing strategy in alignment with Product Management 
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of customer solutions consisting of products, tools, trainings and services 
  • Support the realization of global and local business targets
  • Investigate and develop new business models, move from product orientation to customer value generation
  • Identify gaps and attractive areas in the offering and in adjacent segments
  • Specify solutions together with Product Management, Digital Business and Business Development 
  • Based on strong collaboration with Product Management and the countries, develop launch plans and material as well as sales trainings
  • Monitor tracking tools to measure sales activities and their effectiveness. Develop and implement action plans based on the results achieved 
  • Monitor, evaluate and select available market / customers database for a more effective sales targeting


What we look for:

 

  • Relevant university degree, possibly higher (MBA / PhD)
  • Profound experience in countries' sales and marketing functions in MedTech or Pharma industry
  • Further we expect experience in hospital environment 
  • Additional experience in a global function in MedTech or Pharma industry is an advantage
  • Experience in public tender driven markets is a plus  
  • Familiar with customer segmentation and targeting models. Strategic usage of CRM system and other modern IT sales tools
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset
  • Selling and leadership skills: proven ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels 
  • Fluent in English, German skills are a plus
