Senior Manager Global Facility Management (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • You actively shape the global strategy in Facility Management and successively develop it further
  • Together with the local facility managers you are responsible for the implementation of the FM strategy in Germany and abroad 
  • The focus is on internal organizations, the procurement and management of external service providers, and the optimization of tools and processes
  • Through your work, you will help the PAUL HARTMANN Group to achieve the highest possible efficiency and quality in building management and to ensure that duties of operator responsibility are delegated and fulfilled
  • You will contribute to the implementation of standardization and optimization of facility management
  • In addition, you support the realization of projects related to building operations
  • You create sourcing concepts and tenders for TGM and IGM services
  • You will create the required transparency in facility management by developing reporting standards and creating corresponding reports 

 

What we look for:

  • You bring a successfully completed degree in real estate management, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification with you 
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of facility management are mandatory; ideally, you already have some management experience in FM
  • You have knowledge in the management of buildings, as well as in FM contract law and GEFMA
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge of maintenance, TGA and energy management
  • You convince with a confident handling of SAP as well as MS Office, MS Project, CAFM or FM software 
  • We expect a high willingness to travel to our national and international locations 
  • Very good German and English skills required
