Your area of responsibility:
- Proactive cooperation with the operational units of Customer Service within the HARTMANN GROUP
- Further development of processes, KPIs and benchmarks to achieve cost savings along the order management process
- Requirements engineering and business blueprint development for innovative IT solutions in the area of customer order management and digitalisation
- Data analyses and evaluations based on SAP and Excel as a basis for planning or decision-making in projects
- Global project and sub-project management for supply chain issues with a focus on order processing
- Content-related work on topics from the area of Supply Chain Management and in particular from Customer Order Management
What we look for:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the area of customer service coupled with experience in B2C/online business
- Proven knowledge of project management and initial experience in successfully completed projects
- Very good SAP and BW knowledge as well as MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Analytical approach to continuously improve processes and overall performance
- Interest to work in an international and global team setting
- Business fluent in English, further language skills would be an advantage
