Your area of responsibility:    

 

  • Contribute to fine-tuning and developing further the Global Wound Care strategy (product and brand strategy) within the Business Division Wound Management in order to reach our ambitious growth targets
  • Contribute to driving the product development pipeline considering customer needs and our brand promise for simplicity and efficacy to build up an innovation image
  • Monitor continuously market trends and developments, competitor activities in order to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product range
  • Product Lifecycle Management und Brand Management for the area of responsibility: from idea generation and launch to exit, adhering to HARTMANN processes (e.g. PLM, Labeling).
  • Define the positioning and claims with appropriate level of evidence for the assigned products
  • Steering and collaboration of projects adherence to HARTMANN standards
  • Conception and Initiation of usability studies and clinical observation studies, case studies, clinical studies
  • Working closely with healthcare professionals in the out- and in-patient sectors in order to create and be responsive to a deep market and therapy understanding
  • Support of countries for operational topics, launches and training


What we look for:

 

 

  • Bachelor or master’s degree (MBA, MSC) in Marketing or equivalent
  • Professional experience in marketing especially in Wound Care, ideally international and in the medical environment
  • Experience in leading project management and ideally in the management of international projects                    
  • High market and customer orientation  
  • Intercultural competence, open collaboration, and experience in working in cross-functional (matrix)
  • High interpersonal and communication skills and creative drive
  • English fluent, German at least intermediate
