Senior Global Manager Channel Online (f/m/d)




Your area of responsibility:    

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for our division's online B2C channels that encompasses all potential consumer purchase points
  • Coordinate the planning and steering of digital commercial activities for the division in collaboration with countries, marketing and global online team
  • Define the online assortment in key categories and ensure that growth potential is maximized in consumer segments.
  • Deepen knowledge of shopper behavior in the channel and work with cross-functional teams to grow our consumer business
  • Work on new go-to-market concepts to strengthen our position in focus markets
  • Improve our market knowledge and performance tracking, using data from multiple sources to develop insights and strategies to grow our online business and market share
  • Define our commercial execution strategy and plan as well as pricing, promotion, terms, and conditions, RSP's, launch planning to meet the brand objectives
  • Define relevant service models for our segments that meet the needs of our target customers
  • Work closely with our global country organizations to shape and execute our ambitious plans


What we look for:

  • University degree in a business discipline, marketing, online or a comparable field supported by branded experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in direct to consumer with experience in digital and online business principles
  • You are used to work in a global matrix team and have and market experience
  • Furthermore, you have experience in global projects and initiatives
  • Good understanding of trade marketing, category management or key accounts / sales would be an advantage
  • You are data driven, collaborative and have the passion and drive to build something new
  • Fluency in English, second language preferred (German, French an advantage)
