Procurement Excellence Expert (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Expert to support the global rollout of our procurement systems and processes. In this role, you'll provide essential support in implementing procurement solutions and in training our procurement teams worldwide. Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Procurement teams across various functions
  • Deliver support and administration of tools and systems post-implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Assist in the design and optimization of procurement processes
  • Ensure effective training is delivered for both processes and systems
  • Serve as a key contact for projects within the Procurement Excellence team or when cooperating with other departments
  • Participate in supplier management through data analysis and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency
  • Guide and advise process practitioners to ensure best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate processes and advocate for procurement within the business 

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree)
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid understanding of processes and organizational goals
  • Fast learning ability and good self-reflection
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build and motivate teams
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments
  • Solution-focused approach to business challenges, proficient in IT tools (SAP)
  • Independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed
