Your area of responsibility:
- Leading (develop, improve, implement, control and manage) the department Global Sterility Assurance
- Creation and implementationof global procedures related to the sterilization processes (e.g. validation, routine processing, audits) as well as releated training of all functions of the HARTMANN Group
- Surveillance and auditing of the different sterilization processes as well as coordination of sterilization process audits for the HARTMANN Group and all external sterilizaiton service provider
- Presentation and defending of HARTMANN rules concerning sterilization processes
- during inspections (by authorities) and external audits (Notified Bodies or Customers)
- Collaboration/leading of strategical and innovation projects
- Assessment of the relevant national and international regulatory requirements to
- ensure compliance regarding sterilization process and its appropriate implementation into group-wide rules - Creation, implementation and maintenance of respective corporate procedures, SOPs
What we look for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific, natural or technical sciences, or equivalent education
- Professional experience in quality management of medical devices preferably in auditing of sterilization processes within an international corporation
- Deep knowledge of European and international sterilization regulations and standards
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills
- Interest to work in an international team
- Fluent in English; ideally good knowledge of German
