Head of Sterility Assurance (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:    

 

  • Leading (develop, improve, implement, control and manage) the department Global Sterility Assurance
  • Creation and implementationof global procedures related to the sterilization processes (e.g. validation, routine processing, audits) as well as releated training of all functions of the HARTMANN Group
  • Surveillance and auditing of the different sterilization processes as well as coordination of sterilization process audits for the HARTMANN Group and all external sterilizaiton service provider
  • Presentation and defending of HARTMANN rules concerning sterilization processes 
  • during inspections (by authorities) and external audits (Notified Bodies or Customers)
  • Collaboration/leading of strategical and innovation projects
  • Assessment of the relevant national and international regulatory requirements to 
  • ensure compliance regarding sterilization process and its appropriate implementation into group-wide rules - Creation, implementation and maintenance of respective corporate procedures, SOPs 

 

What we look for:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific, natural or technical sciences, or equivalent education
  • Professional experience in quality management of medical devices preferably in auditing of sterilization processes within an international corporation
  • Deep knowledge of European and international sterilization regulations and standards
  • Very good conceptual and analytical skills
  • Interest to work in an international team
  • Fluent in English; ideally good knowledge of German
