Global Manager Product Marketing (f/m/d)




Your area of responsibility:

  • You contribute to the marketing strategy and the marketing mix, by the yearly realization of a marketing plan
  • You are responsible for the development of pricing strategies for the product portfolio (Value Creation), compliance with the standards for working processes and continuous improvement of processes
  • You will continuously monitor market trends, developments and competitor activities in order to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product range
  • Realization of marketing concepts derives from consumer, shopper and customer insights and segmentation is one of your tasks
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management and Brand Management for the area of responsibility; from idea generation and launch to exit
  • Additionally, you will work in projects in accordance with the HARTMANN Project Standards (PLP, PRINCE2)
  • You will work close with internal departments of HARTMANN


What we look for:

  • You have a university degree in scientific or business linked studies or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience and/or professional development measures
  • You also have several years professional experience in marketing, ideally gained in an international context and in the personal or medical environment
  • Ideally you have experience in working in cross-functional (matrix) and multi-cultural context
  • Additional experience in project management and ideally in leading international projects is an advantage
  • You have a constructive and open manner of collaboration and communication combined with intercultural competence
  • Further you have a high market and customer orientation along with interpersonal skills and creative drive
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
