Senior Manager Operations Projects (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:                                                                                                                                       

  • Lead and manage programs and projects in our Wound Care divison and be the interface to other division’s project resources
  • Work together with key Wound Care departments (R&D, Operations) and matrix departments (Procurement, Quality, Sterilization Assurance) to define and validate potential new sterilization providers
  • Align stakeholders on direction and scope and ensure appropriate project communication
  • Drive the implementation of PMO standards
  • Regular reporting to Board members (including C-level executives)
  • Create an environment that ensures performance and solution orientation à Build, inspire and lead teams
  • Manage program and project risks and ensure delivery in scope, budget and time

 

What we look for:

  • Completed degree in business studies, economic or engineering
  • Experience in cross functional assessment and implementation of Make-or-Buy- and Supplier change projects
  • Must be familiar with working in regulated industries (MedTech not a must)
  • Profound knowledge in program and project management and the strong drive to “get things done”
  • Knowledge on all processes covering E2E supply chain
  • Evidence of successful implementations in cross functional environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
