Your area of responsibility:     

 

  • Development and implementation of procurement strategies
  • Management of the end-to-end strategic procurement process with a focus on software, IT services, infrastructure and telecommunications
  • Preparation of tender documents and supplier contracts, negotiation of commercial conditions
  • Coordination of complex purchasing projects including control and optimization of the responsible category
  • Analysis, implementation and reporting of potential savings and definition of measures to achieve the targets

 

What we look for:

 

  • Completed bachelor's degree in economics, a technical or comparable subject
  • Idealy expert knowledge in IT purchasing in the areas of software, hardware and licenses
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and contracting
  • Negotiation skills, communication and assertiveness, self-assured demeanor and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • High level of initiative, quick perception and ability to work in a team as well as very good presentation skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (C1), knowledge of German is an advantage, good knowledge of SAP and Office Application
