Head of Quality Management - BD Incontinence (w/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:                                                                   

  • You will manage quality organizations in all INCO plants
  • You will simplify and harmonize quality processes and KPIs across all INCO entities
  • You will resolve quality complaints efficiently together with corporate functions, local organizations and the Business Division INCO and ensure a pragmatic balance between regulatory requirements and business needs
  • You coordinate information and actions with other relevant quality functions (e.g. QEs, SQM, QMS)
  • You also define and push simplification of QMS-requirements for our Business Division INCO
  • Additionally you ensure compliance of quality related decisions within the Business Division INCO

 

What we look for:

  • You have a university degree with focus on medical, chemistry, biology, biotechnics, textile technology or other structured education together with at least five years of experience in QA for Medical Devices, Pharma, or other regulated products 
  • You have already gained experience in leading teams professionally
  • Ideally you have experience in lab testing, qualification, and validation
  • You are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDR and FDA/CFR820
  • You have the ability to detect, structure and resolve quality issues
  • Preferably you have experience in designing / optimizing QMS processes
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and can convince with the help of your empathy
  • Further you are a team player and strong in stakeholder management as well as have experience working with different organizational levels and across cultural borders
  • You bring along a certain degree of willingness to travel
  • Very good skills in English, German skills are a plus
