Brand Manager – Diagnostics & Incontinence Management portfolios

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the strategy development and implementation for the Diagnostics (Veroval Blood Pressure Monitors & Thermoval brand) & Incontinence Management portfolio (MoliCare Brand)
  • Work together with the Marketing and Sales Manager and provide timely and accurate input to product forecasts, in line with the market development and company strategy
  • Monitor and control the allocated marketing budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results
  • Conduct competitor research and market trends; gather information and insights to generate a deeper understanding of the consumer and develop marketing initiatives accordingly
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and progress and adapt the forecast and the strategy
  • Periodically engage with key customers to identify actionable insights and opportunities that support the success of the brands
  • Support the sales team with the implementation of the marketing strategies and lead on on-going product training to ensure they are equipped with complete product knowledge
  • Act as an advocate, driving collaboration with stakeholders and by communicating with passion and energy inside and outside the company
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the global marketing departments, prepares presentations and participates at the meetings and events organized by the Headquarter for the brands for which it is responsible

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics
  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing and product management in the OTC pharma industry/ FMCG Personal Care
  • Mastery of core marketing principles and practices including brand development and positioning
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills (both in Romanian and in English)
  • Analytically and strategically minded
  • Customer focus and results orientation
  • Accountable and assertive with a strong personal drive
