Task with high demands:
- Management of local SAP Application Team
- Management of our outsourcing service providers
- Project Management
- Operation and implementation support of our SAP-EWM system landscape according to defined KPIs, processes and SLAs
- SAP-EWM consulting and coordination of our business application management teams and our IT service providers
- Materials Management and Batch Management Process knowledge
- Analysis and import of security- safety and system-patches in collaboration with SAP-Basis team
- Incident processing and problem analysis
- Implementation of change requests and projects
For people with many qualities:
- Successfully completed education or studies in the field of computer science, IT or a comparable qualification
- Very good communication and management skills.
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Fluency in English, German an advantage
- Relevant professional experience in the operation of SAP-EWM system
- Solid knowledge of the Material Management processes
- Good understanding of IT security, IT architecture and IT service management
