Medical Trainer / Product Manager (m/f)
Location: Belgrade
Scope: WBCC Region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo)
What will you do?
- deliver product trainings, workshops and education programs for healthcare professionals, distributors and internal teams
- manage and develop the assigned portfolio (wound care and infection prevention solutions)
- maintain a strong field presence through regular visits to hospitals, clinics and key accounts
- build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and customers
- identify new business opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth
- support sales teams in product positioning and customer engagement
- participate in professional events, congresses and educational activities
- monitor the market, competition and trends and prepare reports and insights
What are we looking for?
- education in medical, healthcare or related field
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience (medical devices / healthcare preferred)
- wxperience in clinical or hospital environments is an advantage
- strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- commercial mindset with the ability to connect clinical knowledge and business goals
- proactive, independent, and result-oriented approach
- willingness to work across multiple markets and travel within the region
- fluent English (written and spoken)
- driving license (Category B)
